East Asia Institute (EAI) is hosting the KF-EAI Korea Friendship project, sponsored by Korea Foundation (KF) and Samyang Holdings Corporation, offering educational and networking opportunities to international students residing in Korea.
Kim, Dong-Joon, former leader of the Value Innovation Program for Product Planning of Samsung Electronics, chose innovation as the most important element of success in the age of endless change in which individuals and corporations might easily fall behind. He explained that the catalysts of innovative thinking are well-developed human material and technical skills. For example, Kim argued that Samsung maintained its continuous growth in global market because of its emphasis on strengthening employees’ specialties and adapting to the global market by implementing education and overseas training programs.
