East Asia Institute (EAI) seeks to develop and present a new agenda and a future-oriented governance model for the Korean society. By studying Korean identity in various aspects, EAI raises new questions, analyses, and presents policy recommendations on topics related to history, social participation, and perceptions towards conflict and foreign nations. Along with the "Korean Identity," "Changing Korean Voters" series, the Future Governance Research Center was established in 2019. With these projects, EAI conducts research on Korea's attractiveness, ideology, and governance.
