main
The recently released November issue of the U.S.-China Relations Briefing entitled "The Duality Continues" summarizes the recent examples of cooperation and conflict that have defined U.S.-Sino relations as of late. While tendencies toward cooperation can be seen in agreements on climate change, conflict is arising due to disagreements over issues in the South China Sea and human rights. However, statements by both governments hint at of a possible new opportunity for cooperation in the Middle East. pc   mobile
