East Asia Institute (EAI) hosted an international conference titled “Coping wth Security Challenges in the Post COVID-19 World: Climate Change, Pandemic, Economic and Cyberspace Security” on December 11 and 12. During the session “Conflicts and Cooperation in Cybersecurity,” three presentations addressing Japan’s recent strategy against cyber threats, North Korea’s cyber threat and South Korea’s response, and features of cyber cognitive warfare were provided, followed by discussions about each presentation.
