Session Description

The Asia Democracy Assembly, hosted by the Asia Democracy Network (ADN), was held this November 7th to 8th in Bali, Indonesia. The Asia Democracy Research Network (ADRN), with its status as a sisterhood relationship with the ADN, also participated as a member of this event and jointly organized the session. Along with participants from civic groups such as the Asian Network for Free Elections and the Forum-Asia, ADRN members discussed on a host of topics related to democracy, such as on civic movements, promotion of democracy and good governance.
