SEOUL, Nov. 15 (Yonhap) -- The East Asia Institute (EAI), a Seoul-based think tank, on Thursday launched an English-language website on North Korea to provide "comprehensive and balanced" information.

The Global North Korea (http://www.globalnk.org) compiles statements, data and reports released by the governments, public agencies and research institutes of South Korea, the United States, China and Japan.

It would enable users to compare the change of the regional powers' perceptions on North Korea, the EAI said.

It added the website focuses on a systemic and far-reaching approach toward the North Korea issue, rather than political or ideological.

The four main sections are sanctions, engagement, internal transformation and deterrence.
