On February 26th, representatives of the Pangoal Institution visited the East Asia Institute. At the meeting, Pangoal researchers and EAI discussed the importance of the networks between diverse think tanks based in the Asian region and the roles played by these institutions. In addition, the discussion included domestic political issues, public opinion, and subjects related to Korea-China bilateral relations including the issue of South Korea’s THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) deployment.
