On November 30, 2011, the EAI together with the Asia Foundation hosted a conference to explore the new concept of Global Korea in Seoul’s foreign policy. With South Korea’s growing presence on the international stage, this conference considers what role it can play in the areas of global diplomacy such as peacekeeping, counter-proliferation, and overseas development.
