About the Council of Councils (CoC)

Composed of leading global think tanks from twenty-four countries, CoC is a network designed to facilitate candid, not-for-attribution dialogue and consensus-building among influential opinion leaders worldwide. Its ultimate purpose is to inject the conclusions of its deliberations into high-level foreign policy circles within member countries.

Since its creation in 2011 by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), EAI has been a founding member of the Council of Councils, representing South Korea. By participating in annual dialogues with other CoC members, EAI contributes to discussions on effective policy responses to various issues, threats, and opportunities, promoting cooperation among international think tanks.
