About EAI The EAI is pleased to announce that it has placed 60th worldwide on the “Global Go To Think Tank Index” compiled by the “Think Tanks and Civil Society Program (TTCSP)” at the University of Pennsylvania in the U.S., marking a rise of 5 places from last year’s rankings. The EAI is the only non-profit independent institute in Korea to be ranked in the Top Think Tanks Worldwide (U.S. and Non-U.S.) category. This is the third consecutive year that the EAI has made the list of the world’s most influential think tanks.
EAI was ranked as a leading think tank across eight different areas. Except for the Korea Development Institute (KDI), which was ranked in twelve areas, the EAI was the most ranked and celebrated institute in Korea. In three areas, including Best Transdisciplinary Research Program, Best Use of Social Networks, and Think Tanks with Outstanding Policy-Oriented Public Programs, the EAI was the only think tank from Korea to be ranked in these categories.
